By using Tomiru ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Tomiru is operated by Tomiru ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Tomiru is an AI-powered service that finds and monitors local competitors for businesses. We track publicly available information from competitor websites, including prices, services, offers, and advertising campaigns, and deliver reports and alerts to our users.

3. Data Collection

We only collect publicly available business data from competitor websites. We do not collect personal data, customer information, or private details. We respect robots.txt directives and rate-limit our requests. Every fact in our reports includes a source link so users can verify the information themselves.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment processor. Plans include Starter ($25/month), Pro ($99/month), and Ultimate ($459/month). You can cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to harm any business or person, (b) resell or redistribute competitor data obtained through Tomiru, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our systems, (d) use the Service for any illegal purpose.

You confirm that the business you enter is your own, or that you are part of the business's team, or that the business owner has authorized you to monitor their competitors on their behalf. Tomiru is not responsible for verifying ownership of the businesses entered by users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tomiru provides information based on publicly available data at the time of scraping. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of competitor data. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
